I just want to tell the world that it is a great time to buy a business in the USA. This is absolutely a buyer's market. I know of several good, money making businesses that are selling for deep discounts from where they were 18 months ago. Sellers everywhere seem negotiable. A buyer that has cash or financing is King in today's market. Short of having cash or commercial financing, owner financing has become very common. If anyone out there is in a position to acquire a business, I can't remember a better time.
